Membership & Subscription Terms
All Rovo Roadside Services memberships are billed monthly. Your membership payment is due on the 3rd of each month and will automatically renew each month unless you choose to cancel.
To cancel your membership, please contact our customer service team by email or by phone at 570-261-9457.
Services Included With Your Membership 🚗🔧
Your membership includes the following roadside services at no additional service charge:
⚡ Jump Starts
🔑 Lockouts
🛞 Tire Repair — tire plugs, inflation/refill, and reinstalling the tire
⛽ Fuel Delivery — includes up to 2 gallons of gasoline or diesel
🔋 Battery Service — battery testing and replacement service; vehicle-specific replacement batteries may require an additional charge
🪝 Winch-Out Service — basic winch-out assistance when conditions and equipment allow.
Seasoning period all new subscribers must wait at least 7days before receiving service.
Services Not Included
🚨 Towing Services — towing is not included with the membership and will be billed separately if requested.
Rovo Service Area
Rovo proudly serves Monroe County and Lehigh County. Service coverage is available within a 20–25 mile maximum radius from your location within our service areas.
- Monroe County: Up to 25 miles from your service location.
- Lehigh County: Approximately 20–25 miles from your service location.
Coverage may vary depending on your exact location and service request. Contact Rovo to confirm availability in your area.
