Rovo Roadside Services, its affiliates, and its partners primarily communicate with customers electronically. We do not send unsolicited promotional or “junk” mail to your physical mailing address.

When you provide your contact information and consent to electronic communications, such as when signing up for a Rovo membership, important account information, membership details, notices, and other communications may be provided through email, text message, or other electronic methods.

Membership cards, membership IDs, confirmations, receipts, cancellation notices, and other account-related information may be provided electronically rather than by physical mail.

Standard messaging and data rates may apply to text messages, depending on your mobile carrier and the terms of your wireless plan. Rovo is not responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your carrier. Please contact your mobile phone provider for additional information regarding your plan and applicable messaging or data rates.

We believe in keeping things simple, convenient, and paper-free whenever possible.
